Oh, my pallet wall. I love it. I've wanted to share it for so long. Today, we had one of those windy, wet, cold days and it was the perfect excuse to tell the kids we are chilling. We turned on Home alone and I got to editing pictures. Don't let this tutorial intimidate you! If you have been wanting to try your hand at creating a pallet wall, you got this! Before you begin though, if you don't already own the Ryobi Airstrike Brad Nailer, open up another little tab on your computer and Continue Reading
How to Tear Apart a Pallet
Disclosure: I received the saw for free to review, but all opinions and words are my own! I really do love this Ryobi Cordless Circular Saw! Do you have those moments where you realize how pathetically weak you are? Maybe you encourage your kids to eat their chicken and finish their carrots, so they can be strong. You might hope those words are true for you too and you consider yourself relatively in shape. Then something happens (like a slap in the face) showing you how totally not strong Continue Reading
Easy Pallet Wood Sign
Love might not be an easy thing, but this sign sure can be an easy way to express it! Have you started making Christmas presents? I am in full swing. If you have a scrap piece of wood, a hot glue gun, a little stain and paint, and some chipboard letters, you can make this sign! I got my letters at Hobby Lobby, but I think the font of these Continue Reading
DIY Pallet Frame {Poster Size}
I have been wanting a rustic, vintage United States map for in our home. We love to travel and are constantly talking about different states and who lives there, what grows there, what its known for, etc. It would make it so easy to be able to point the states out to our kids as we talk. I found this cool map for $5 and was pumped. I knew I wanted to make a cool frame to go with its look, and so once I got my Ryobi Sliding Compound Miter saw to review, I knew it was the perfect project to try Continue Reading
Pallet Memo Board
On Saturday, we hosted a family kitchen shower for Matt's cousin, Seth, and his fiance, Jennifer. It was a lot of fun to celebrate this sweet couple! I love family gatherings...and even hosting them! Crazy I know! There is something so special about celebrating life! In preparation for shower, Matt and I made a memo board to be used as an activity, and it ultimately was part of our shower present. I finally created something with a wood pallet!! I am thrilled!! I have been dying to Continue Reading
